In this example, our customer asked us a mobile pump solution that was able to handle different chemicals with some particles, with a low pulsation outlet and could be used for pumping out of sumps (liquid level below the pump level).
We selected our polypropylene P400 Air Operated Double Diaphragm pump and PP active pulsation dampener. With a special outlet manifold, we assembled the active dampener on the pump. Because chemicals are used, we selected a sturdy cart with PVC platform, resistant for spilled liquid.
The assembly is bolted to the frame of the cart, so we have a durable mobile skid.
To easify the usage of the skid, we mounted a Filter Regulator Unit with the necessary check valves and ball valves for optimal working conditions of the pump and active dampener.
